SUMMARY:Monthly Meeting: LAS Members' Short-Talks & Buffet
DESCRIPTION:The December 2023 monthly meeting of Liverpool Astronomical Society for the 2023-2024 session will be held on Friday\, December 8th from 19:00 to 21:00. \n\n\n\nPlease note: This is the second Friday of the month\, not the third. \n\n\n\n\n\nMembers of the public are welcome to attend (for free)\, but please consider joining our Society if you attend more than two monthly meetings. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor our December meeting\, we do not have a guest speaker from an external organisation but talks from one or more of or own Members. \n\n\n\nThe speakers and titles of the lectures are as follows (order may change) : \n\n\n\n\n1. Mr. Gerard Gilligan – Turning the Pages of the Past\n\n\n\n\nA treasure trove of fascinating information about the early years of Society \n\n\n\n\n\n\n2. TBC\n\n\n\n\nTBC \n\n\n\n\n\n\n3. TBC\n\n\n\n\nTBC \n\n\n\n\n\nAfter the talks will be a buffet with Christmas nibbles.
