West Didsbury Astronomical Society present Chris Lintott: Galaxy Zoo & Discoveries, Monday, 11th November 2013
In November, West Didsbury Astronomical Society welcome Chris Lintott (of Oxford University and the BBC’s Sky At Night programme) in a lecture entitled “Galaxy Zoo and the Discoveries“. As well as discussions about the Galaxy Zoo project, there will be also be a general Questions & Answers session. Monthly Meeting, Friday, September 20th 2013
Long hot summer days are behind us and maybe clean, dark, cold winter nights are ahead :-) The first monthly meeting of Liverpool Astronomical Society for session 2013-14, will take place on Friday, September 20th 2013 from 7pm. The venue is the Quaker Meeting House, 22 School Lane, Liverpool City Centre. Doors will only open after 6pm.
