As well as not supporting modern features and web standards, old versions of browsers - especially Internet Explorer - can expose your computer to security risks. The Browse Happy website has a list of the latest versions of all major browsers, including Internet Explorer (but remember Windows XP only supports up to IE8!)
If updating/changing your browser is not possible, do not panic - all of the LAS website is still available to you and we are working to make the layout compatible with outdated browsers.

We'll be at Liverpool MakeFest again this year.There's lots to see and do. In addition to all the interesting projects from many other Makers, we'll be upstairs with astronomical and space related displays and activities, including specially adapted solar telescopes to observe the atmosphere of the sun safely in real-time without the risk of damaging your eyes!
Come along to our Solar Day where we’ll have specially adapted telescopes in which you can safely view the sun.
Liverpool A.S will be attending the Cronton Gala Day. Safe solar viewing with our specialised and safe telescopes (Clear skies permitting). Cronton Gala and Music Festival is back on Saturday 13th September 11am-6pm on Cronton Pasture (Hall Lane) WA8 5DW. A full day of music and activities, fair and stalls. Food and Drinks.
