The Liverpool Astronomical Society and the Wirral Rangers present:
A Wirral Star Party

The Liverpool Astronomical Society goes “over the water” to Thurstaston Visitor Center, Thurstaston, for a Wirral Star Party on Saturday October 20th 2012

Starting at 7.00pm there will be telescopes to look through, entertaining and informative talks, things to see and buy as well as plenty of people on hand to give advice on getting involved in the fascinating science of astronomy.

There is plenty of free car parking at the center itself and tea and coffee will be available for those who brave the elements!

Access is via Station Road (off the A540 – Telegraph Road)

Please remember to wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather and bear in mind that even if it rains we will still be there, so come down and learn a little of the universe around you!
