Monthly Meeting (Presidential Address), Friday, 16th September, 2016

This meeting is our Presidential Address, and as such our speaker is LAS President Mr. Steve Southern, whose lecture is entitled:
“What has Astronomy ever done for you?”
There will also be a Welcome Buffet. Those attending by car should note that building work is being done on Wolstenholme Square – the site where the nightclubs Cream (Nation) and The Kazimier once stood. This means the nearby Q-Park entrance on Gradwell Street must be accessed via Hanover Street.If your 2015-2016 subscriptions have not yet been paid, your membership has lapsed. If you wish to continue your membership, please contact the Treasurer, Chris Banks, ASAP.
Adult Annual Subscription is £15.00 Junior Members Subscription (10 to 17yrs) is £5.00
The LAS e-newsletter is now included in your normal subscription cost
